What happens to the details you type into this website. Last updated 01/11/2026.
Kitchen Table Flowers is a concept project, not a real business. The order, wedding enquiry and question forms on this site are demos: they check what you type and show a preview, but send nothing and store nothing. The rest of this page describes how a real shop using this site would handle your details.
What we collect
Only what you type into the forms:
- Orders: the size and colours, your card message and who it's signed by, the delivery date, the recipient's name and address, an optional delivery note, and your name and phone number.
- Wedding and event enquiries: your names, what the flowers are for, the date, the venue suburb, a budget range, your email, an optional phone number and any notes.
- Questions: your name, a phone number or email, and your question.
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.
Someone else's details
When you send flowers, you give us the recipient's name and address. We use them only to deliver that order. Please give us only what's needed to find the door.
Card messages are written out by hand as you typed them. We don't use them for anything else.
Why we collect it
To make and deliver your order, to call you if there's a problem with the delivery, to plan an event, and to reply to questions. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this website, and like any web host it processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block attacks. It may store information outside Australia.
A driver sees the recipient's name, address and any delivery note for that day. The demo order takes no payment. A real shop would use a payment provider, and we wouldn't see or keep full card numbers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years, which is how long businesses must keep records for tax. Wedding and event enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Questions are deleted once answered.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email hello@kitchentableflowers.example or call (03) 5550 0188. We'll tell you what we hold and correct or delete it, unless the law says we must keep it.
